TMV1002 thermostatic mix valve
Technical Specification:
1.The ideal working pressure:0.1MPa～0.5MPa；
2.Cold water supply temperature:4℃～29℃； Hot water supply temperature:40℃～75℃;
3.Set the safety temperature at 38℃；
4.Safety Characteristic: If the cold water supply fails,the volume of outlet water collected
during the first 5s±0.5s shall be less than 200ml and the temperature of outlet water
shall be less than 42℃.The volume of water collected during the second collection period
of 30s shall be less than 300ml and the outlet temperature shall not exceed 49℃.The
temperature of the water outlet shall be at 38℃±2℃ after restoration of the cold water
supply;
5.Outlet water temperature stability:When inlet water temperature keeps stable and either
of the inlet pressure for cold and hot water varies by 20%,or when inlet water pressure
keeps stable (0.3MPa) and the temperature for the hot water supply increase from 55℃
to 75℃,set temperature shall not exceed 2℃;
6.Complies with the following standards:ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05、ASSE1016、
AS4032.1、EN1111 and QB2806-2006. |
